2 days more!

Holidays just left twodays. 

Such a pity number. That's some serious problem. And so many about-the-school news are coming out. 

About the change of classmates :( About my bus uncle changing his bus (Like FINALLY.) I mean this changing bus thing is a dream come true, cause I just wished for a bus change for my final year and he really changed it! HE said it's a long bus, haha so funny. 

Really loving this type of bunny these days. After visiting my cousin's house they have like this cute bunny sitting there. OhMYGOSH like who couldn't have liked it?! But nevermind, I'll buy one myself with my own money when I'm capable of it and I will keep it alive. Endless love. 

Just a short post about things and stuff this holiday. Scared of open school but at the same time happy for it (What's that kind of emotion lol.)

End-of-World-Early-Christmas-Winter-Solstice Celebration (?)

They say it's the end of the world today. But we waited and waited. Waited till it's 12.00am in the United States of America, there's no meteorites, no abnormal situations. So there's it. I've gotta face SPM next year and that's for sure. So today is the Winter Solstice festival (冬至). But I'm not even eating one single Tang Yuan. Not favoring those. :/ Guess I'm weird. 

So spent the night with family at Yoshiya as a celebration for the end of the world, for Christmas, and for Winter Solstice festival. Such a combination.

Never not baking. 12/12/12

Finally found something to do during the holidays, which is baking. But seems I need much more time management skills before I start baking. -.- Cause always mess up with time and it's like rush here rush there.  Today I baked some usual biscuits from the recipe obtain from the book <Famous Cuisine> It's not bad. The outcome is a success (but I have to admit that there is some overbaked). It's the first time I've ever baked something myself (excluding mom and bro put the biscuits in the oven).

Well, I might take baking as my University studying course. Or should I? :/ Frustrated nowadays.

The photo in the book. Cookies' name is Sweet Heart Biscuits, but I didn't have a heart-shaped mould, so I just used some others. 

Ingredients: 1. 150g butter, 100g shortening (I used 250g butter here,it's the same)

2. 150g icing sugar

3. 1 egg

4. 350g low protein flour (I used normal flour here, Mom said you can choose to use Self Raising Flour too)

5. 70g cornstarch

6. 30g green pea flour

7. 30g milk powder

The instructions, I think it's quite clear here.

Day in Butterworth.

Spent the day in Butterworth because of Electric cut at home.

Life of Pi w/ family.

Spent the day with family. Out of door at 10.30am. Was a nice Sunday. Ate our lunch at 好食坊. Forgotten the English name. Haha. Well here are some photos. I ate porridge which is hot so I ate like so slow-speed. Almost not catching up with the movie time.

And then we flew to Village Mall Grand Cineplex to watch Life of Pi.

This movie is really great. I love the tiger, although it's a lil bit fierce though. And Pi has got some humor there. But at the end there's one guess, that if this life of Pi which is he survived with a tiger, on a boat, in the ocean for several days. The director leave us just a message without a clue. In the end maybe the tiger is the devil self of Pi and there are no tiger at all and the other animals also represented other people. 

We don't know. Anyway, this movie is nice.

Spaghetti cooking w/ mum.

Had a crazy night yesterday watching the MAMAs.
Missed PSY and other singers' performances.
And not recognizing whom is whom. (Guess I got to do some homework on Korean singers!)
Well, the first day of December where things change, for me.
Gotta learn some cooking with mum and go through this holiday with meanings.

Cut into the topic, today I learned how to cook spaghetti, well not exactly I'm doing all the cooking today, but after some time, I WILL and CAN cook myself a plate of spaghetti.
